Description

The Hobart 805921-00013 Burner Valve controls gas movement by varying the internal passage as the operating control changes position. Its 3/8" MPT X 3/8" male connections provide threaded interfaces for compatible fuel lines. It fits within the supply path, positioned between incoming piping and the burner connection. This is used in commercial cooking equipment with gas-fired heating systems. During operation, the adjusted opening allows fuel to move toward the combustion area according to the configuration, while connected piping carries the gas through the assembly during each heating cycle.
