Description

The Hatco 04-05-123-00 Hold Down Bar 15-1/4" X 2-1/2" is used to hold food pans or trays in place by exerting downward pressure to ensure that the pans or trays do not tip over during service or transport. It is applied on top of inserts, pushing against the edges to ensure that they do not move. The bar is placed above the food pans in the front of the unit, designed to be placed in a heated well or steam table or buffet unit. It will secure the pans in place and at the same time serve.
