Description

The Hatco 04.05.123.00 Conveyor Toaster Hold Down Bar 15-1/4" X 2-1/2" keeps the food product and the conveyor belt in constant contact with each other as they move through the appliance in commercial systems. It works by pressing the upper part of slices or objects downwards to ensure that they remain in place to be exposed to radiant heat uniformly. The hold-down bar is placed over the conveyor line and attached to the frame of the toaster at the required size.
