Description

The Hatco HT4-05-123-00 Hold Down Bar 15-1/4 X 2-1/2 is used to hold food pans in place & pressing downwards to ensure that the contents do not move during cooking or warming periods. It connects to slots or brackets on the equipment and clamps the pan in place as heat or movement takes place, which prevents movement. This bar is fixed over the front of the cooking surface or holding area and is in a position to span two points of support and clamp over the sides of the pan.
