Description

The Market Forge 10-7935 Jacketed Kettles Water Level Probe is a sensor element that measures the water level in compatible equipment. It has a 1-1/2" probe with a 3/8" MPT threaded connection and undernut, which it uses to determine the presence of water inside the jacket and report back to the control system. The probe is put into the kettles water at the point where accurate level detection is required for the jug to run properly. As a part of the water level control system it also plays a role in maintaining the proper water level.
