Description

The Hobart 817233 Water Level Probe is a sensor used in commercial steam and warewashing equipment that is compatible with it to report on internal water conditions. It uses conductivity to determine when water makes contact with the probe which in turn reports to the control board to automate the fill and heating cycles. it have a 1-1/2 inch probe length, 3/8 inch MPT threads and an undernut design which together secure the probe into the boiler or reservoir wall. In the system it plays a role of a response component which assists to maintain steady water levels.
