Description

The Market Forge 97-5425 Water Level Probe is a component put in to detect and report fluid level in commercial cooking equipment. It has a 1-1/2 inch probe, which includes a 3/8 inch MPT threaded connection and undernut that it uses to sense for water and report level info to the control system for automatic adjustment. The probe is put in the boiler or water reservoir at the point where accurate water level determination is needed. As a part of the water level control system, it allows for maintaining a proper water supply.
