Description

The Hobart 110837-1 Thermostat 1/4" X 11-7/8" 48" Cap GS provides mechanical temperature regulation in food service equipment. Installed in the temperature control circuit, it responds to changes sensed through the capillary tube by opening or closing contacts. This process activates or deactivates, heating or cooling systems to maintain desired conditions. During operation the thermostat supports consistent temperature control protects, internal components from excessive heat and stabilizes system performance. Its extended sensing range allows accurate monitoring across the appliance interior during operation.
