Description

The Hobart 410837-1 Thermostat is a temperature control component designed to regulate heat levels in compatible commercial foodservice equipment. Maintaining selected temperature ranges, it supports consistent heating operation, assists in preventing temperature variations, and contributes to consistent cooking or holding performance.
