Description

The Hobart 913065 Thermostat 1/4" X 11-7/8" 48" Cap GS controls temperature in commercial equipment by responding to internal thermal changes. It uses a capillary sensing system filled with fluid that expands and contracts to operate mechanical switching contacts. It is installed within the control circuit, with the sensing bulb positioned in the temperature zone and capillary routed through the appliance.
