Description

The Montague 1217-9 Infrared Burner with Wire Mesh Screen is a part that produces heat by burning the gas across the surface which then radiates infrared heat for cooking. The wire mesh screen ensures even distribution of the flame and assists in ensuring even heat output over the surface and maintains the internal components. It is fitted inside the broiler or cooking section of suitable equipment and used as a main heating element for grilling or searing. The component has a shape that matches the predetermined mounting places and is linked to the units gas supply system.
