The APW 1489400 Temperature Control 36" CAP senses and controls the performance of internal equipment within a desired range of 25 to 40 F. The control works by means of a capillary sensing tube that senses the temperature changes and sends a signal to the system to turn the cooling cycles on or off. It is intended for application in refrigeration or holding units that need to maintain a narrow temperature control in a low-temperature operating range. This part is mounted in the control housing and is linked to the sensing location within the unit where temperature monitoring and cycle regulation are necessary for the operation of the system.
