The Garland 1510402 Dual Pilot Adjustment Valve 1/8" MPT X 3/16" CCT regulates the flow of gas to the pilot burner through an internal valve mechanism that opens on stimulation and closes to stop flow. The pilot circuit needs ignition which is provided by gas flowing into the 1/8 MPT inlet and 3/16 CC outlet of the valve to provide a small, continuous pilot flame. This pilot valve is installed in the gas line near the pilot burner assembly and it is fastened with threaded fittings and aligned with gas control components.
