The Duke Manufacturing 153036 Motor is the primary element of the air circulation drive in a compatible oven. It has a rated power of 1/4 horsepower, and is rated at a 200-240V, 50/60Hz power supply to transform electrical energy into mechanical rotation to make the blower wheel rotate. The 2-speed nature of the motor allows for the two-speed control of airflow to assist in the different cooking requirements and the quantity of heat to be circulated. This forced air circulation removes hot and cold spots, improves the efficiency of cooking, and increases faster heat recovery when doors are opened.
