The Blodgett 16686 Oven control Knob the operation of an oven by turning to choose the temperature or operating settings, and transfers the motion to the internal control shaft. The knob is used to adjust the mechanism that is connected to the oven so that it can react to the selected position during cooking cycles. The knob is placed on the front control panel of the oven, which is facing the respective valve or thermostat stem. It has a shaped grip to be used manually and a clear orientation to make changes.
