The Hobart 23522-2 Wire Whip Attachment 80QT is designed to agitate and incorporate ingredients by looping the wire in its construction, which rotates the product in the mixing bowl. The stainless steel wires are used to pick up and fold materials over and over again when pushed by the head of the mixer, moving in the batch. This wire whip is mounted on the mixer attachment hub and extends into the bowl with the rotating wires extending into the mix to spread the motion of the ingredients in the process of mixing.
