The Hobart 410705-2 High-Limit Safety Thermostat LCH Nickel Plated is incorporated into compatible commercial kitchen equipment where its 1/4" x 4-7/8" sensing bulb is placed near the primary heat zone and connected to the control body through a 30" capillary assembly. Inside the unit temperature-induced pressure changes from the sensing system are translated into mechanical movement that governs the switching action of the control. When the monitored environment reaches 450°F the system activates its high-limit operation and interrupts the heating circuit requiring a manual reset before the equipment can resume normal operation.
