Description

The Ultrafryer 19A145 High-Limit Safety Thermostat LCH Nickel Plated is positioned within compatible commercial frying equipment, where the 1/4" x 4-7/8" sensing bulb is exposed to the cooking zone and connected to the control assembly by a 30" capillary tube. During operation the sensing element reacts to changes in surrounding temperature, and transfers that information to the thermostat mechanism. If heat levels rise to the predetermined 450°F limit the thermostat disconnects the heating circuit to stop an additional temperature increase.
