The Jade Range 4612600000 Convection Oven Thermocouple 18″ Long 20-30 mV 1900 Series produces a millivolt signal based on the presence of heat in the sensing tip, which can be used by the control system in the oven to detect the presence of flames. It has a metal probe that extends to 18 inches to reach the combustion space and generates 2030 mV when hot. This thermocouple is mounted in the combustion chamber of any compatible convection oven, and it is a component of the flame detection system and safety.
