Description

The Hobart 700871-00004 Broiler Burner generates a controlled gas flame for heating the cooking surface in compatible conditions. Measuring 20-3/4" X 15-1/4", it includes a deflector sized 16-1/2" X 4-3/8", with a 2.408" air shutter and a 7/16" outer diameter hole. Installed beneath the broiling surface, the assembly directs combustion heat upward while the deflector distributes flame across the designated area. This part is used in commercial broilers where adjustable airflow supports burner operation. Positioned within the lower heating compartment, it connects with the gas and air supply arrangement during cooking.
