The Hobart’s 805925-00012 Pilot Assembly is used in commercial kitchen equipment to produce and maintain a stable pilot flame, which in turn ignites the main burners and supports consistent heat output during use. The assembly is designed for natural or LP gas with a 3-way flame design and a 1/4” pilot tube, which ensures an even flame and consistent performance. It is mounted in the burner system, which in turn interfaces with the gas supply, thermocouple, and main burner assembly to support efficient performance and secure operation of the unit.
