The Hobart 805925-12 LP/Natural Gas Pilot Burner Assembly 1/4" is used in commercial cooking equipment to provide and ensure a stable pilot flame to, in turn, ignite the main burner, which in the process supports consistent heat output during operation. Designed for natural or LP gas applications, this assembly features a 1/4" pilot tube connection and a three-position flame pattern. To enable effective ignition, steady flame performance, and accurate equipment performance, it is installed in the burner system and interfaces with the gas supply, thermocouple, and burner assembly.
