Description

The Dean 806-3515 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit is designed to provide thermal protection by monitoring oil temperature, and automatically stopping the heating circuit when excessive heat is detected. Equipped with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, it is calibrated with a 425°F, high-limit setting to prevent unsafe temperature conditions during operation. Its 1/2-inch MPT threaded connection allows proper installation in the designated thermostat port of compatible commercial fryers for continuous temperature sensing.
