Description

The Frymaster FM8060814 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit provides an automatic shutdown by monitoring cooking oil temperature and disconnecting the heating circuit if the oil reaches the preset 425°F limit. Incorporating a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat measures oil temperature continuously to support prevent overheating during operation. Installed through the fry pot with the sensing bulb positioned directly in the oil, the kit interfaces with the fryer's electrical safety circuit and temperature controls. It operates alongside the operating thermostat and heating assembly to maintain stable temperature regulation and consistent fryer performance.
