Description

The Frymaster FM8060179 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit continuously monitors cooking oil temperature and automatically opens the heating circuit when the preset 425°F limit is reached to prevent overheating. Built with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, and 1/2-inch MPT connection the thermostat accurately detects oil temperature and initiates the safety shutdown when excessive heat is present. Installed through the fry pot with the sensing bulb positioned in the cooking oil, the kit connects to the fryer’s electrical safety and temperature control system. It operates together with the operating thermostat and heating controls to support safe and consistent fryer operation.
