The Frymaster 810-0109 Gas Valve Knob with Screw is a 1 1/4" diameter valve that is designed to regulate the flow of gas in commercial appliances. It has OFF, PILOT, and ON positions which allow operators to control burner ignitions and flame directly. The knob is firmly attached to the valve assembly of the fryer with a threaded screw that ensures that it remains in line with use. It is mounted on the front control panel, where it is the primary control point for turning on the pilot light and regulating the amount of heat.
