Description

The Hobart 836965 Stem Valve regulates fluid flow by moving an internal spout as the control knob is turned. Changing the stem position opens or closes the valve passage directing flow through the connected equipment line. This assembly is installed within the plumbing or control section of compatible commercial cooking equipment with the operating knob accessible from the exterior. Its 10-24 threads provide the specified connection, while the round phenolic knob allows manual adjustment. This has a 1-1/2" stainless steel configuration forms the valve frame arrangement around the internal mechanism. Turning the control changes the valve position to manage fluid movement during equipment operation.
