Description

The Hobart 850218 Stem Valve controls fluid flow by moving its internal stem when the attached knob is turned. Adjusting the knob changes the valve opening allowing the connected passage to start, stop or regulate fluid movement. This assembly is installed in the plumbing or control section of compatible commercial cooking equipment with the knob positioned for manual access. The 10-24 threads provide the specified stem connection while the circular phenolic knob allows the valve to be operated by hand. Its 1-1/2" stainless steel configuration forms the specified body arrangement around the internal valve mechanism during equipment operation.
