Description

The Autofry 89-0006 High Limit Thermostat, at the point of overtemperature, breaks the heating circuit at a set point of 450°F. It has a design is the LCH type and includes a manual reset feature and also a 5/16 inch nickel sensing bulb for accurate temperature measurement. This thermostat is installed in the fryer’s control system in connection with the heating elements, the wiring, and the security parts. Also, it is a part of the system that is constantly monitoring for excessive heat. The high-limit thermostat also supports consistent performance in commercial fryer systems.
