The American Range A32053 Valve Knob with Screw is a 1 1/4" diameter control part, which is used to regulate the amount of gas flowing into the oven of commercial cooking equipment. It has OFF, PILOT, and ON switches, which offer a direct burner ignition and control interface. The knob is firmly attached to the valve stem with the help of a screw, which allows the knob to operate stably in case of repeated use. It is usually mounted on the front control panel of the equipment, where it serves as the main control to turn on the pilot light and to control the flame.
