Description

The Frymaster FM8100162 Coaxial Thermopile is a long-lasting part meant for fryers that uses heat to generate electrical energy to the fryer’s gas valve. This 36-inch thermopile has a voltage output of 250-750 millivolts, which means that its performance is always accurate. It invariably improves its efficiency in heat transfer processes that were previously wasting a lot of energy in fryers. Designed for accurate temperature regulation, it guarantees the best results in the conditions of a high-stress environment of a professional kitchen.
