Description

The TurboChef FRE-1052 Top RTD senses temperature at the upper section of the oven and converts the detected heat into an electrical signal. The resistance of the sensor changes as the measured temperature varies, allowing the control system to interpret the oven’s thermal condition. The RTD is positioned at the top area of compatible pizza ovens near the designated sensing point. During operation, it monitors changes in upper oven temperature and sends corresponding signals to the controller, which uses the information to regulate the heating sequence according to the programmed operating cycle.
