Description

The Garland GL2619500 Range Gas Solenoid Valve operates by using a 24-volt electrical signal to activate an internal coil that controls gas flow through a 3/8" passage. When the coil is energized a magnetic field shifts, a plunger that opens or closes the gas channel, regulating supply to the appliance burner system. The plunger returns to its resting position to stop gas movement. The unit is installed within the gas supply line or manifold assembly of a commercial range, positioned between the control system and burner inlet inside the appliance cabinet within the unit housing.
