Description

The Garland 2619500 Gas Solenoid Valve, rated for 3/8" and 24V, controls the flow of gas to the burners on commercial ranges. When 24-volt power is supplied, the coil generates a magnetic field that lifts a plunger to allow gas to pass through the 3/8" port, and when power is removed a spring returns the valve to the closed position. The unit is installed within the gas supply line of commercial cooking ranges, typically positioned near the burner manifold assembly inside the equipment cabinet for gas-powered cooking equipment setups in commercial kitchens.
