The Anets P8903-48 Thermocouple T4636 measures the heat levels of the pilot flame and sends them to an electrical signal to keep the burners running. Fitted close to the pilot assembly, it is a safety control element, which provides that the flow of gas is maintained only when the pilot is lit. This thermocouple also helps to stabilize heating operation and aids in the prevention of unlit gas release to ensure stable temperature control in the commercial kitchen equipment.
