The Bloomfield 2E-30570 Infinite Switch 15A 120V is a manual control operator that operates electrical power to a heating element by changing resistance as the knob is turned, and so allows the amount of heat output to be continuously adjusted. Adjust the temperature settings in a smooth manner as opposed to discrete steps, and it is aligned with the knob that can be accessed. The switch is connected to the wiring harness of the appliance and is connected to the heating circuit to regulate the amount of energy sent to the element.
