The Pitco P6071267 Gas Valve Knob is a 1-1/4" diameter control part that is used on compatible commercial gas fryers. It has the OFF, PILOT, and ON positions marked, and the operator can manually control the flow of the gas to the burner and pilot assembly. This knob is installed on the gas valve stem of the fryer and it allows safe ignition, shutdown, and full operation. It has a direct influence on the burner assisting in proper start-up operations and controlled heating operations in the foodservice.
