Manufacturer:
The Pitco P6071450 Fryer Natural Gas Pilot Assembly is used to start the main burner by creating a small and continuous flame with natural gas. It has a thermocouple which makes the gas valve open when the pilot is lit so that the ignition is controlled. This is installed in commercial gas fryers, being mounted close to the burner in order to offer consistent pilot ignition and to be connected to the gas control system of the appliance.
