Description

The Pitco P8906-07 Safety Thermostat is a high-limit automatic-reset thermostat with a 450°F rating and a 5/16" x 3-1/2" sensing bulb and 36" capillary. It is positioned at the temperature-sensing point and it senses the heat as the fryer is in use. When the temperature reaches the thermostat's set point the control turns off the circuit that it is controlling to stop additional heat input. The automatic-reset feature allows the circuit to reset when the temperature falls within the reset range.
