Description

The Tri-Star 300228 High Limit Safety Thermostat LCCM with Auto Reset and 36-inch Capillary is a temperature controller that fits in a commercial fryer. It also controls the oil temperature of the fryer and automatically shuts off power when it goes above 450°F to avoid overheating and to keep the fryer safe. It is fitted as part of the control system of the fryer and is used together with other temperature control elements to ensure stable cooking conditions. It has an automatic reset feature that enables the fryer to start operating again after the safe temperatures have been get back.
