Description

The Henny Penny 71981 Pilot Assembly 1/4 inch CCT provides a low intensity constant flame that lights the main burner when the fryer is in operation. It operates by forcing gas through a pilot orifice and a spark or other source of ignition is used to sustain a continuous flame so that the burner will start when required. This assembly is mounted close to the main burner and it is linked to the gas supply line and the ignition system and is ensure consistent ignition in the fryer combustion chamber.
