The Pitco PTP6071452 LP/Natural Gas Pilot Burner Assembly creates the control flame that initiates ignition of the fryer’s main burner. Gas supplied to the pilot passes through the assembly and exits through the burner opening, where ignition produces the flame needed for the burner start sequence. The assembly is positioned in the fryer’s pilot burner area beside the main burner and related ignition parts. It connects to the gas supply line through a 1/4-inch connection and is configured for LP or natural gas applications. The assembly provides the designated pilot gas pathway between the supply line and the ignition area during fryer operation.
