The Henny Penny 55152 Fryer Drain Valve provides a controlled passage for cooking oil by changing the internal flow position as the coupling handle is moved. When opened, oil travels from the frypot into the connected drain line, while the closed position blocks movement through the outlet. Positioned below the cooking chamber, it is centrally integrated with the surrounding drainage assembly to direct oil along the intended path during filtration and cleaning procedures. The 1-1/2-inch FPT connection and 3.450-inch dimension indicate the specified connection arrangement within the commercial oil drainage system.
