The Vulcan Hart VH5300-02C Thermostat with Auxiliary Switch is a precision temperature control device for the Montague oven models, ensures the better cooking performance. It works well within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F and has a large robust bulb size of 3/16" x 11-5/8". Commercial kitchens especially can benefit from this especially when consistent cooking temperatures are important for food quality. The auxiliary switch adds functionality and the vertical mount design makes installation and integration with older ranges easy. Multiple models, E24, 36, 48, 60, Montague Vectaire series and Griddle Series are compatible with the thermostat.
