The Star Mfg Z0556 Gas Fryer Pilot Assembly creates the ignition flame used to start the primary burner during heating operation. Fuel enters the confined passage, reaches the burner tip, and ignites to produce the required flame. Designed for NAT/LP fuel, this part supports the specified gas configuration. It fits inside compatible frying equipment, positioned beside the primary burner at the designated ignition point. It is used in commercial fryers for starting burner operation, with connected tubing directing fuel to the pilot and fittings securing the assembly during normal cooking cycles.
