Description

The Waste King 103577 High-Limit Safety Thermostat LCH Nickel Plated senses temperature conditions through its extended sensing bulb and capillary assembly, continuously monitoring heat levels within the equipment. When temperatures rise to the fixed 450°F threshold, the system opens the control circuit to stop further heating until the condition is addressed and the system is manually reset. This part is mounted in compatible commercial cooking equipment where the 1/4" x 4-7/8" sensing element is positioned in the heated area while the 30" capillary tube connects the sensor to the thermostat frame for temperature-responsive operation and control.
