Description

The Prince Castle 105-45 Filter-Pump is created to circulate cooking oil in commercial fryer with a flow rate of 5 gallons per minute. With a 1/2" FPT connection and a small 4-3/4"-wide size it can be incorporated into the filtration units to eliminate food particles and increase the shelf life of oil. This pump is essential in ensuring consistency in the quality of oil and frying efficiency. It is installed during maintenance, or replacement and is typically found in restaurant kitchens.
