Description

The Frymaster FM810-2252 Fryer Filter Pump is designed to circulate cooking oil systems in commercial appliances with a flow rate of 5 gallons. It has a 1/2" FPT connection and is 4-3/4" wide to fit into fryer assemblies, to use in the effective filtration of oil. This pump facilitates the separation of particles and the preservation of the clarity of oil. It is an essential part of the entire fryer system. As it ensures the circulation of oil and it is often fitted during maintenance or replacement to ensure operation.
