Description

The Frymaster FM8102393 Fryer Filter Pump W/Plastic Plugs 4-3/4" Wide is a replacement part that is used in the circulation and transfer of oil in commercial fryer filtration systems. Its flow rate is 5 GPM with a 1/2" FPT connection that pushes oil through the filter assembly to eliminate debris and also ensure that the standards of oil is maintained throughout the process. It is part filtration system and can recirculate and clean the oil. This element is applied in commercial kitchen fryers where the flow of oil needs to be controlled to ensure the same cooking efficiency and system operation.
