The Frymaster 106-1424 Fryer Computer Probe monitors the cooking oil temperature and sends electrical signals to the control system, allowing heating cycles to adjust according to programmed settings. Featuring an 11-1/4-inch x 4-1/4-inch probe with a 3/16-inch diameter, 36-inch leads, a 1/8-inch male push pin, and a 35-inch high-temperature sleeve, it is designed to operate within the fryer’s sensing circuit. This probe is installed inside compatible commercial fryers near the fry pot, where it continuously measures oil temperature during cooking and communicates data to the electronic controller for regulated operation.
